The Moulton Move

We moved to Orlando Florida to make it easier for me to get back and forth to work.  I am now REALLY happy and don't mind working as much.  I also get to do my layovers in Orlando. :)

Jameson has gotten HUGE.

Our family is doing great!

We have annual passes to Disney & Seaworld already!

Why our mom's are awesome!

Justin and I both have very amazing mothers.  They are always full of lots of love and support in everything we do.  Pauline (Justin's mom) helped me move across the country from New York City to Hastings, MN when I moved in with Justin.  It was just the two of us with my two cats in a Uhaul.  They were both amazing and supportive for our wedding and helped us out with it a ton!  When we moved into our house both of our mom's were here to help clean and paint (that was a HUGE project).  When Jameson was born there were both at the hospital with us and got to see him within minutes of his birth.  Now that they are grandma's they are passing on the same love and support that they gave us and giving it to Jameson-- they are spoiling him rotten!!  We are all so lucky to have them.

The photos are all from the hospital: Pauline and Jameson, All of Us before Jameson was Born & Justin, Lori and Jameson!

I got a new job today!

I am not going to be giving up on the Real Estate or JetBlue.  I just needed a part time job until I go back to Jetblue and I have been working real estate from home lately.  I got a job at Motherhood Maternity.  I figure its better late and its a good thing I didn't work there when I was pregnant or I would have gone broke.

I am excited to work with other who are excited about becoming moms.  They girls that work at the Eau Claire store were always so nice and helpful.  I am so excited to be joining thier team.

The Arrival of Jameson

Our First Family Photo

I had a crazy labor! I had weird sleep schedule on Monday night so I was awake at 5 am and feeling little tugs and pulls. At 5:45 am I was having major cramping (normal for me), but as I got close to the toliet I had a terrible gush of gels and liquids. I went to the bathroom and cleaned it up. I tried to go back to bed, but at 6:30 I woke up Justin and said "I'm not sure, but I think I may be in labor." Justin had me call the hospital and explain everything to them, they informed me that they thought it was just the mucus plug and that I might have peed a little on the bathroom floor and it could be braxton hicks. They told me to take a shower and see if that slowed them down-- NOPE! It sped up the contractions and we headed to the hospital, we got to the hospital at 7:30 and my contractions were already 3 min apart and 45 seconds long. By 11 am I was in so much pain, my contractions were only 30 seconds apart and around a minute and a half long. OUCH!
I finally started to cry and asked for an epideral asap, once I got that I was able to sleep for a while. At 3 pm I was fully Dialated so my doctor told me to push, so I did, she looked worried and said "Push again"-- I did and she said Stop. Call a Code C- we are going into Emergency C Section right now. Next thing I know I see my room is filled with about 10 staff and they are throwing Justin into scrubs and barking orders at people. I am wheeled into a room at 3:07 and they put gas onto my face and my doctor says see you when you wake up! I was like what do you mean wake up, wheres Justin? Wheres my husband? Will he be able to cut the cord? They said maybe depending on how the baby is doing. I started to panic... I had no idea what was happening or why I needed the emergency c-section. They said "we don't have time to wait to put you to sleep so we are going to try to go with the epidural and cut me open (thank god I couldn't feel much!) I could feel the stretching and pulling and smell the burning, but I still was trying to figure out what was going on. Then all of the sudden I heard them say "Wheres the dad?" I saw Justin walk down by my feet and heard my son cry. They rushed him over to a center to clean him up and I could see Justin over there crying and holding his hand. I said "Is the baby ok?" Someone looked and said He is totally fine and healthy. I started to cry at that point and they let Justin bring Jameson over to me so I could give him kisses and see him. I then had to lay there for almost an hour while they sewed me back up and gave me a xray to make sure they didn't leave any tools inside me!

I learned during the sewing up time that Jameson's shoulders were to broad (I called that one!) and that when I was pushing it kept trapping the umbilical cord between my pelvis and his shoulders and cut off his oxygen supply and his heart rate kept dropping. I was so relieved to have the right doctor for the job.

Daddy and Jameson in the Labor Room
I got to hold him and even breast feed him about an hour and half after he came out. He is the best baby, he hasn't cried for more than 5 minutes straight yet. The nurses keep laughing at him because he falls asleep during anything and you can't wake him up--- thats soooo like his Daddy!!
